Damien Steel

Damien is a Managing Director at OMERS Ventures, one of Canada’s largest and most active venture capital funds. In search of Canada’s next great technology company, Damien leverages over 15 years of experience working with growth companies on all aspects of their business including finance, acquisitions, and overall growth strategies. Damien currently serves on the boards of LeadSift, Fusebill and Wave. Previous investments include PasswordBox (sold to Intel) and Protus (sold to J2 Communications). Damien is a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a CA and a CFA charter holder.
