FounderFuel is adding even more value to this year’s International Startup Festival (brought to you in collaboration with Microsoft BizSpark!) FounderFuel will be offering a winning startup a spot in their Fall 2012 Cohort!

If you haven’t heard of FounderFuel yet, it’s an intensive 12-week program aimed at helping startups get to the next level and raise follow-on funding . As part of this arduous program, you can rest assured that it’s renowned mentor network will help you gain traction, secure partnerships and get you to revenues faster.

The Fall 2012 Cohort begins August 13th, 2012 and culminates with Demo Day on November 8th, 2012. As part of this cohort, teams are offered $20-25k in seed funding on Day 1 of the program, $100K in perks for the teams, access to over 120 mentors and a $150K convertible note from the BDC to all “Venture-Ready” teams.

Like our $50k prize, ANY startup at Startup Festival is eligible for this prize. There’s no application process, you just need to be onsite to meet the FounderFuel representatives! Here are the FounderFuel eligibility criteria to win the Fall 2012 Cohort spot:

- You must be a team of two or more. Single founders are automatically disqualified.
- The team must have at least one technical co-founder.
- All founders must work full-time on the business.
- You must be in Montreal for the full 12 weeks.
